Have a category within your category structure called "Other Lists" or "Link Sites" or something like that... list it with all your other categories... list the LL's you want to submit in that category... and submit... they will be putting your link list in a similar category on their own link list.
I do agree with Alex that the way you have it now is a bit off the beaten path |
