I saw on another board where Pierre posted that if you are approved for a free account that you won't be able to get a premium account. Apparently there's no way to upgrade and you can't have both.

I got my application for the free account in before the form closed, but I have no way of knowing if I want a premium account or not until I know how much it's going to cost lol

That's also what he told me in an email regarding premium vs free accounts. I'd asked him to decline my free application if upgrading wasn't possible. And it was declined, with him telling me to send it through again on the 17th.
