Expecting my epassporte payment from TCG, 4 days late and a no show. ICQ's Laura LEE over there, who tells me accounting haven't updated my account from 'check' to 'epassporte'. Well, seeings how my last payment was via epassporte, I couldn't really see how this could be, which I explained.
Laura tells me to hang on a sec while she asks accounts. Less than 60 seconds later she is back to tell me they made an error, and would epassporte the monies due today, then cancel the check, and when the check turns up would I mind sending it back. Not demanding, asking. Needless to say, I replied that wasn't a problem. 3 minutes to sort out a payment problem. That's what I call service |
