HMMM If a content provider (from my point of view as a provider) avoids the customer concerning documents could mean many things like:
They dont have all the necessary docs for the model. They are using someone else's content Like I said they are many scenarios but for the most part nowadays all Legit content providers are sending all 2257 info at time of purchase. I send out all 2257 info to all my customers As far as licencing most providers have their license posted on the site for review to the customer.
