which is easier to learn Perl or PHP?

Join Date: Nov 2003 Posts: 115	My vote is for PHP: simple, clear C-like syntax and extremely rapid development for quick and dirty web apps and shell scripts, and fast time to market... PHP earns. Perl has a much larger base of libraries that are ready for you to use though.
