I hate to burst your bubble, but there is no such thing as "free" traffic; you pay for it one way or another. Be it either through a recip link, a trade, or some other method.

And, if you knew you could make 3cents per visitor, and could buy it for 2cents/visit, why would you not buy traffic?

Buying traffic is not for everyone. Some webmasters know how to work it very well.

Or you can take 15 minutes of your time make a recip tabe with 12 links and make 5 cents per click I am certinally not saying that you can't make money from buying traffic
