well in your situation ya did the right thing about notifying the linklist/tgp owner about your email being used with someone elses domain you dont own.

hopefully they will understand and not add your email address domain to there black list and only add the submitted url domain

and there isnt much you can do if you get more notices about accepted/rejected sites is to let those webmasters know that somone is useing your email with submitted urls without your permission.
