I started eating 5 300 calorie meals a day - one every 3 hours starting at 8 AM - I think it's working

Here's some weight loss tips for everyone that's been proven to be VERY effective (at least for me):

1. Drink a glass of water immediately after you wake up. It gets the body's metabolism started and cleanses the system

2. Eat a big breakfast
80% of overweight people eat little or NO breakfast at all. Eat as much fruit as possible and also include raw milk, plain yogurt. If you want more info, email me; I'll send you a complete list.

3. Drink 8 glasses of brita filtered water or distilled water per day. If you are overweight, you need to flush the toxins from your fat cells - its as simple as that. Water is crucial for weight loss.

4. Walk at least 1 hour/day - without stopping.

5. Do not eat after 6PM - try your best at this. You can virtually eat as much as you want until 6 PM

6. Do a candida cleanse - if you are overweight, you absolutely positively 100% have a candida yeast overgrowth in your body. Buy the book Lifeforce - it will tell you how to get rid of candida - permanently

7. Eat grapefruits - all day long.
There's an enzyme in grapferuits that burns fat.

8. No aspartame or artifical sweetners.
All this shit makes you fat and does not help at all.

9. No MSG - this stuff is cancer in a box

10. Take digestive enzymes - go to a healthfood store - they'll have everything you need.

11. No diet sodas or diet food
This is a biggy. All this shit actually makes you GAIN weight, believe it or not.

12. No fast food crap
13. No white sugar, no white flour
14. An apple a day
15. Limit dairy products
16. Eat a huge salad at lunch and dinner and the best dressing is olive oil and lemon juice.
17. Add hot peppers - spicy foods increases metabolism - thus burning fat.
18. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar - this has some magical property that eliminates fat cells from the body. Your welcome
18. Breathe. proven fact: oxygen burns fat.
19. Wear magnetic rings - special magnets worn on your baby fingers or toes while sleeping provides unbelievable results.
20. Do a liver cleanse - buy this book "The Liver Cleansing Diet" - its a miracle on paper.

Back in November, I weighed 230 lbs. I am 6'2". Today, I am 194. You do the math. and it took me about 45 days.

well thats what i m doing now only 3 meals a day and i was used to grab things in between...i do 800 calorie and evening i will eat an apple |cool|
