...and into the mix: get some exercise. You don't have to do much to get your body working again. I personally play badminton for at least 2 hours once per week (sometimes twice) and now I have a bike to try to ride daily or every other day.

Don't wait until you are super hungry to eat, you will eat more than you need (it takes longer for your brain to figure out you are full already).

Decide how much you are going to eat before you start, and don't eat more than that.

Water... water... water... I feel like a human water fountain I drink so much.

EVERYTHING in moderation.
