I wouldn't jump to conclusions,

submitting a form is equal to transfering no more then 2 Kilobytes
over the internet.

Transfering & Proccessing 2 kb of ASCII should take just a few seconds over any connection speed (even 56k), Even for a very busy server.

If you had troubles submitting to one link list you could think the problem is not on your side.
Since it took you so much time to submit to 3 sites !!!

To me it looks like there is a problem on your side.
