link list stuff

last night i tried submitting a site, and about 50% of the linklists i submitted to did exactly as lordaron described.

i think i figured out what was causing it. from what i could tell richard realm's database seemed to be having problems (i couldn't load any pages hosted under the db.richards-realm.com subdomain), therefore i took a wild guess that all the linklists using his blacklist were affected as well. this morning it seems to be working fine, so i'm almost certain that this was the case.
