Here are a few good wordpress plugin anti spam tools. Got them from the wordpress codex

If you've submitted to a link list lately you may have seen the grahpical confirmation codes. This one is for comment spam:

Of course word press 1.5 includes the 'bad world' filter list. This is under options. Grab their suggested list and plug it in. I moderate all links and comments, especially those who trigger the 'bad word' list.

And for trackback spam take a look here at the wordpress forum as new tools are being developed quickly for 1.5. if ya find one that installs fast let me know!
