Basically what you are looking for is an affiliate back-end software, there are a few companies out there that offer this. We use Nats offered my toomuchmedia.com, there is also MPA3 and a few others, nastydollars uses X3 I believe… They all have their pro’s and cons you just have to decide which is best for your business model.
