Yeah health>porn so stay in bed till your fresh again! And I a'int got time to pull any recips either - mostly I just build, submit n' forget - unless it's a decline from Swedguy because my site was not 800x600 compliant (had waaaaaaaayyyy to many of those.../me is embarrased ^_^)
