When I finally broke down and went to get an ePassporte account and looked at a free one from a sponsor but I didn't like the way my account would have been so I just went to ePassporte and got an account. Simple, painless, got just the account name I wanted. It did cost a couple of dollars, can't remember exactly but it wasn't much, I got the extra card and stuff.
I got a tax question about ePassporte.
I'm a corporation so my sponsors have corporation tax ID. If a sponsor pays me by check it goes into my corporation's account and if I want to personally use that money I have to take it out as salary so I have to pay taxes on it. ePassporte I just take it out with the ATM card and it seems to me that I have unreported income since I've basically been given cash with no real records since you are not required to file anything when a business is making out checks to a corporation. Not that I would ever cheat on my taxes and not report all my income or anything.
