I have been getting hit frequently too but they all go in the "moderate" section and I can select all of them and delete at once. Still irritating, but at least it's only a couple of clicks on my part and they never get seen by anyone.
I like your writing style.. I even went and checked out the archives  If I was you I'd keep at it even if it's not once a day.
