Jim tell him to RUN and RUN fast. Take it from me 6 years from now you will wonder where your wonderful sons heart went. But anyway after a few months I think soon. this june or july tell him to look into the TSP program. Its like the Fed 401k. Mine was loaded with 30k in just 4 years. It will be good for him to see the wonderful workings of a mindless place. Best advice I can give him, I got from a lady who worked for the feds for 40 years. Was "DO not try to figure out what is going on, you will get a heart attack or just end up in a mental hospital" If I only knew back then how right she was cause i have had trips to the shrink over my last job.. good luck to him and i really mean that...
