In a swinger's joint, I'd be damned if I'm going to pay a cover charge to get in AND let them film me screwing someone's wife. If they're going to film it, I'd want to be paid. My wife would want twice as much.

Average everyday swingers are typically very discrete about their proclivities. Filming would be out of the question.
