Rui: I feel for you!! I´m feeling pretty much the same as you.......... lack of sleep and still on last night´s drinks for fuel.

Thanks for all your feedback, guys. I agree with all of you regarding having a good members area, exclusive content, updates, etc. Quality is clearly more important than quantity.

However, what do you think is the most effective way to prevent a member from cancelling his/her membership, or not wanting to renew it, for example?

The most effective way to prevent them from cancelling is obvious. But that involves physical violence and credit card fraud. If you aren't willing to beat someone to death and bury them in the desert, I'd suggest working on a quality members area.

I suppose you could have occasional prize give aways and see if that seems to keep some of your members hanging on longer. And, as I always say, everyone likes free hotdogs.
