Yeah here too they can. The cop told me multiple times how thankful I should be that he wasn't impounding my car and arresting me. I remember getting the decal and putting it on the plate but I guess I'm remembering the year before not last October.
 Too much shit to remember to remember to do this once a year but I've setup my computer to send me e-mail each year now when it is time to renew so that I never have to go through this again. |
