How do you keep organized in this business

OMG..I have a headache..

I have mirror copies of every website I ever made in it's appropriate folder on a special hard drive that is a mirror of my server that I back up daily.
I have a spread sheet of those sites and who got submitted to where when how why and other assorted w's thrown in

And when I get a check, I say "wow..who the fuck is this from and from what site..?" Actually, I have a spreadsheet cross-referencing sites with sponsors and $$ paid by date.
And if I havent gotten a check from someone in sometime, I change out the banner in the rotator..

My content is organized by niche then content provider in both discs and a content hard drive.
Sponsor content was in a sponsor content folder divided up by sponsors, site, etc..

My desk is a freakin nightmare..but I know what is in each pile damnit and dont touch em!! Even the cat knows not to touch anything.

And all my script and database passwords are in a notebook that if I ever loose, I am up shits creek.

My head hurts again..
