Recently Miami altered its laws regarding sex offenders requiring a 2500 foot distance from Schools. Then strategically placed a charter school at a particular address guaranteeing total coverage of the downtown area so that no residential areas were able to be occupied by a registered sex offender.
This coincided with the groundbreaking of a 74 story condo with units in the 'low eights'.
