With template sites, we usually don't notice the 1st few, but after we see the same template over & over & over, we start to decline them.
Eventually, we get really sick of them & blacklist the domain so that we don;t have to see the template anymore. |

What do you mean saying template ? Is site with same design but different colours and banners is a template ?
