They seem to have covered a lot of the more common areas in it. 1rst, 4th, and 5th amendment violations and the AG implementing stuff without authority.

Glad they mentioned international trade laws, because things like NAFTA basically trump little things like 2257 if needed.

Couldn't find any reference to some of the technical issues like IPs or dynamic content though. Some of that will probably get cleared up with the ACLU vs Utah case.
