I've got a "female masturbation" category
 I do get sites with the "Extreme Insertions" recip submitted to "masturbation", and I make a judgement call on a per site basis. If it's a good submitter like you I'll often let it slide, and both cats get good traffic |

I'd look for a secondary keyword on your site and see if you can match up a recip from that. ie
Blonde Girl Masturbating Teen Female Masturbation Female Masturbation with Nuclear Powered Dildos That way the LL could like back from a relevant category, which the SE's like, or so they tell me.
