No amount of money makes up for losing eyesight.

Sue the hell out of them. I would press the police to file charges against them too.

Our lawyer is making sure that the charges are not reduced. As a matter of fact, they only charged the guy that sucker punched me with harassment. The lawyer called the DA while I was there and had it upped to Assault. The woman was already charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.
