i have filled out that epassporte app at least 3 times with no replies to the submission... i'm tired now. i guess i just have 2 keep doing my covert paypal transactions *shrug*

You saw Rand offering his help... if you want to go with something else, you can always ask a sponsor to open an account for you or a friend to send you a gift account which is $5.
