Yep, that's the guy. He retired to the UK, and is still playing.

My older brother Vin was returning from a gig at about 2:30am one morning after playing saxophone all night, and the local police stopped his car and tested him for drink.... he was not over the limit, but they spotted his saxophone case in the back of his car.

They wanted to know what it was... and he told them it was a saxophone, so they asked him to open the case and wanted proof that it was his.

So my brother gets the saxophone out and plays the Muppet theme tune full blast in a built up area at 2:30am... the police let him go and were very sorry they asked.
