I once worked for a plumbing company where I would show up an hour early to plow the parking area. It was always done before I got there. My boss always said, "It's admirable that you come in early to plow but, you have to come in about an hour earlier if you really want to do it". But then again, every real job I have ever had, I was always the first in for some reason.

Your blog lacks an abundance to textual monologue, which is what makes a blog. Lot's of links to the pics page, but not a lot of meaty posts. Heres a link to what your blog should aspire to be: http://www.katvixen.com/Blog/ That's another amateur site's blog. She posts to her blog often, and she always has more to say than "check out my site".

As a matter of fact, you should see if you could get it to fit on an 800px wide screen without horizontal scroll.
