It's not a bad idea, but I think most of us just ignore it, as long as it's mainstream. I think there should be a yearly summit to decide on rule changes.

Fine by me

But I wouldn't spend too much time on exit links and where they go - 1/10,000 surfers will click them... just another place to lose a SE spider imo...
