I should have mentioned that. If you already had a partner account to submit galleries, there's no need to reapply. It's the same system, so you're all set.

As a side note, I'm slowly accepting fewer and fewer non-parnter galleries. I'm trying to gently transition my surfers from TGP to morphed conglomerate.
