Ah shit. Was that you Fred? It was the recip table. I just looked at it in IE and it looks fine, but when I review it in Firefox it looks crappy. You must have some bad CSS in there. In FF you don't see the lines separating the different recips, so it looks like they're all sort of tossed in together. Just resubmit and I'll list her. Sorry. If I had realized it was that type of problem, I would have verified it in IE when I first reviewed it.
