1. Yes - providing you merge any new accounts under your main account number. 99% of ccbill sponsors have the merge form on their signup page - for the ones that don't - just give ccbill a call and get them to merge it for you.
2. When you hit their $25 minimum - their payweek ends Sunday if I'm not mistaken (or Satdy if I am)
