I don't have a specific number for findpics... but I do have a rule against "greedy" return links. I am also declining more and more sites with return links that feature marquee or other scrolling text in them.

No hard rule - just not approving greed. Greed can be oversized, too make flashy winky blinky things, too many panels in the animated gif, something that takes long to load, or one return that is significantly out of character compared to others (say 8 returns are text, and 1 of them is a winky blinky marquee scrolling multi color mess).

So, yes, you could include findpics on that list.
