I don't think it's too clever to ban hosting company.

For example I use HQHost for a long time and have more than 150 domains there, I don't want to move it to another hosting. But I'm honest webmaster...

The time will come when your own hosting will be banned - then you will ask this question here...

you do not understand one easy thing: the only person who cares about your ban is the honest poster. neither hosting provider, nor those cheaters do not care about all your bans.
you overstate your significance for any person not related to you directly.
