If there are any uncommon words in there, like "wang", then the _ may prevent the url from matching in search queries, at least in Google. You can see this going on also in Google image, where a search for "sandra bullock nude" will match sandra-bullock-nude.jpg but probably won't match 434w_sandra_bullock_nude.jpg. It'll partially match 345w_sandra-bullock-nude.jpg but Google will consider 345w_sandra to be one word.
