If its someone that you know is cloaking and its for a valid reason, what would you want to do about it? I dont know of any rules that say you cant cloak - just depends on what you serve up

I mean cloaking for a better SE position. I mean those guys which own position 1-100 to all relevant keywords of a special sponsor.

The spider gets a site with keywords, without graphics and tables. And the surfer gets a nice designed site.

I don't believe that google cares a lot about all the spam reports.
