I'm actually vegan, which means I don't eat anything that comes from animals, including eggs, dairy, and bee products. I'm doing dinner with some friends this weekend, and I'll be picking up an Unturkey. I find it far superior to their competitor's Tofurkey because of the better gravy and yuba wrap. I'll also be making mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie and faux cream, orange rolls, some kind of vegetable, and stuffing from scratch. I love pumpkin pie, and make it throughout the year, so I've been meaning to add it to my site's Naked Vegan Recipes section soon.
