You must look at each individual link lists submission rules and follow them!

Each link list reserves the right to either list a free site or simply reject it, most of the major link lists haven't got to where they are now by just listing any old free site, they actually care about their surfers and try and offer them the best free sites!

If your get listed then tis a priviliage to do so, enjoy it because most link list owners work very damn hard to get their traffic! Respect them for it and only submit quality free sites within their rules!
