I brined a 13lb one for myself. It really does make it super super moist!
I froze both legs and thighs, and I still have about a whole breast left too, lol. I've hardly begun  Usually I make a regular sandwich, cept with turkey. So meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato if I have it.
