I got some great friends in this biz it seems...
Just wanted to post a big hearty "THANK YOU" to Mr. Yum, Radical, BlueBrit, GG and specially Surfin.
Had a dilema with a sponsor accusing me of "fraud" ..wtf?!?! me? lol and they all offered me suggestions and Surfin finally found the proof in the pudding for me to prove I did not fraud anyone!! I can breath a sigh of relief (until they find some other lying reason not to pay me) If this doesnt get resolved, I will be posting the sponsor who accused me of fraud just so they dont have to pay me. Will give them time to respond to my email before I jump the gun  Thanks Guys!!!! *Group Hug* |

small update:
They are looking into it and will get back to me soon! LOL I am really hoping for an apology for the "assumption" I defrauded them just because I sent hits.. and the hits didnt convert for them. Its MY job to find surfers and send them along.. it is THEIR job to make the sales. I used no "blind" links or trickery to get the surfer to go there either. Kinda pissed that was all that was in the email also because not only did I "prove" to them I had the link up.. but I also addressed numerous things about their program in my email.. none which were answered... yet... Will give them more time to get their act together.. But if its more than a week im posting names and not taking any chit! On a fun note.. its snowing like a banshee here - hasnt stopped since yesterday and it is now "blizzard" conditions - Good time for cuddles and hot chocolate Thanks everyone for your support |

This sounds like we have heard this song before. If the singer is the same, a pattern could be established. I am surprised that any sponsor would attack Emerald. Sure hope it works out for her

Chop - thats the same thing that struck me as soon as I read this - if its the same sponsor I can guarantee that they will lose a heck of a lot of traffic - the word will go out as soon as its published here - and it wont take long for even the Dutch WMs to respond

Em, I had a sponsor a few years ago try to pull the same deal (basically said I must be sending fraudulent signups because not enough trials were converting).
I asked them to check the source of the traffic. It was almost entirely their hosted galleries. My account with them has been doing quite well ever since. Alex |

I can do everything in my power with the sales pitch and get the surfer to at least have a look to see what he might be missing - but ultimately it is the sponsors job to get the perve to sign up. If the tour just sucks then its their fault! just my 2 cents.. err 1 cent (canadian) |

Good news on the Sponsor VS Emmy saga! Got an email from the owner of the program saying the problem was on their end and a check will be cut on Monday.  |
