James... I have called twice already over about a 3 week period of time. I had hoped that would be sufficient time for someone to get back to me. I keep being told that they will either email me or call me back, but neither has happened. I am fixing to be out of town for about 9 weeks starting next weekend, so I had hoped to get this resolved before then because I will have limited communications abilities during that time

koolkat, Please call the Client Support Department and ask for a supervisor. I or one of my colleagues would be happy to resolve this issue for you!
