You guys do know that you can have index.html, index.htm and index.shtml in one folder right? Just submit the full URL including the extension

Besides I found by making seperate directories for the index pages you can can alter the indexes in ways that optimize them each seperately for different keywords.
Between the recip HTML and the altered keywords they aren't seen as duplicate pages by search engines.
