I put index and main in one folder and galleries in one subfolder because for me it is more ordered.
I submit to only 12 or 16 ll and I have not doorways.

Besides to my knowledge I have yet to be not listed on any of the bigger link lists because of that reason

update me on your system when you want to expand your submission lists to 30 - 40 link lists
