Yeah I only do a handful of doorways to my free sites.

I look at my server stats each month to see who is sending my traffic and those are the ones that I use next month. I also try to try a couple of new traffic sources each month.

Instead of trying to submit to ever place there is spend time doing infrastructure of hubs, fake TGPs linking up your stuff, that is where the real money is.
