I'm not Tart.. she's the skinny one! But i can tell you off the top of my head that the 17 outbound links on the site -5 on the index and 4 on each of the internal pages- is probably the #1 reason.

7. 3 sponsor links per page! If you have a moneybar, or links to your other sites on the bottom of your pages, each link counts as a sponsor link!

Additionally in your receipt table there are 2 that aren't linked in the 1st row.

I'm going to be brave and put this question out there.

Why would a webmaster change the way they produce their free sites when they are only being knocked back by 1 link list and being accepted by 11 or 12 others?

I would think that in the end most webmasters would take the same view as Surfn and stop submitting to you. But Hey, this is just the point of view of a newbie looking in from the outside.
