A flop house is slang for a 'cheap hotel'.
Greenguy's house is becoming a 'flop house' because people are going to come over and sleep whereever they can. 'Flopping' down on the floor or whatever. Its still not 2006 -- although earlier I thought I saw the signs that it was.
