Building a relationship with reviewers

As a newbie of 3 to 4 months and with all this info about reviewing sites and checking them for compliance with rules.
Does anyone have an idea why I was blacklisted after 2 months of being listed (I unwittingly had a counter, since removed) a rejection email in the first instance would have set me straight from day 1.

Thats fine I have checked those and appealed accordingly.
My question is...........
If the sites are so closely reviewed, why was I able to to get listed for two months and then blacklisted when someone noticed I had a counter?
It would have been easier to reject my first site and set me straight.

I normally only look at decline threads when I see one of my partners name. Or the name of known cheater just see them get caught...again

It would have been a lot easier if you would have read the rules first, then you wouldn't have been blacklisted, and then you wouldn't be repeatedly bitching about how YOU fucked up and got blacklisted. What do ya think?
