Hey people! If you submitted a partner application in the last week and haven't heard back from me - there's no reason to submit the same info again. My emails may not be getting through due to a spam database issue that is being dealt with right now. If you haven't received my automated email acceptance/rejection, attempt to submit with the user/pass/addy you applied with and see if it works.
