How to Get Submissions to my LL

Well...here is my two bits...hehe...

First, congrats on wanting to work a LL/directory...and second, I will try not to get too wordy but its good advice.

It's no lie that working a LL is a lot of work and this is something most will discover if they are serious about it. You have to start from somewhere and not everyone can open doors with 1000's of links in place. Most importantly, this is a business that doesn't happen over night unless you have strong connections so be prepared to work long hours and don't lose faith as this is the one enemy of a LL going down.

Here are some ideas for you

• make sure your LL is looking good and in working order
• Edit your site and work your search engine optimization for every page on a regular basis
• Sign-up with sponsors and add their sites to your categories to at least get something in
• Take some time each day and surf the net with select keywords and contact sites to submi
• **with any contacts you do, try not to spam or sound spammy
• Submit to as many search engines as you can
• Get your LL added to as many Adult webmaster resource sites as you can
• Create a decen signature for your forum posts here to bring attention and to Brand yourself so everyone remembers you
• Participate in Bulletin boards (like this one) on a regular basis
• Use "only" the spam forums to post your LL looking for submissions
• Try to setup some link trades with other link lists and directories
• If you can offer webmasters anything special to entice them and to show why they should submit to your LL, promote that
• Dont' limit yourself like 1 or 2 submissions per day each...at least not when you are new
• IMPORTANT -- establish a positive relationship with webmasters from LL's and with those who create sites...this is utmost key
• If you can afford it.. get some advertising where webmasters hang out
• Perhaps create some tutorials for the forums...this is a good way to get noticed.
